About Otto Kinn

Hi, I'm Otto.

I love to serve people and enjoy the challenge of making deals. I've always been a deal-maker at heart. My favorite challenges growing up usually consisted of negotiating with my mom to let friends stay the night at our house.

She tells me that my famous quote growing up was always:

"Ok Mom, let's make a deal."

From the age of 9, I began working for farmers and raising cattle. At 17, I kicked off a 5-year career of fighting bulls for amateur rodeos, where I had the fortune of meeting some incredible people.

From that experience, I became involved in an exciting Western sports marketing and custom apparel startup called Hooked Up Enterprises, LLC.

After retiring from rodeo, I began a temp job fixing computers for a rural broadband provider, which later evolved into a well-paying network engineering role. Then, in 2020, after meeting my now-wife Kiara, I began a series of business and real estate ventures.

I have since left the telecommunications world to focus on my own business ventures and to have more time for family, including our son Bennett and our daughter on the way. I now work with homeowners, landlords, and business owners to help alleviate their pain points through cash purchases, succession planning, and walking with them to determine how we can best serve the challenges they are currently facing.
